NOBE has many leadership positions, including officers. Many officers manage a committee which has a specific goal within the organization. The NOBE Corporate Committee is a great way for students to interact one-on-one with many of the companies that come to NOBE events. Help partner with companies that speak at our general meetings and participate in special events. A great way to develop a personal connection with many recruiters!
Marketing for NOBE is consistently trying to find the best way to capture students' attention on campus. By joining, you will gain experience in marketing-related tasks. Members with Photoshop experience are needed, but regardless to what experience you may have, the Marketing Committee is right for you.
The Events Planning Committee is a great way to interact with other NOBE members. Schedule social events for the entire organization, including happy hours, barbecues, and professional events, by joining the Events Planning Committee.
The Finance Committee holds tax workshops, investment workshops and raises money for NOBE. By joining the Finance Committee, you will learn about corporate finance and what it takes to be a finance guru.

The National Representative is responsible for acting as the liaison between the Illinois executive board and the National NOBE Board. The National Representative attends weekly Skype meetings with the National Representatives from other NOBE chapters and the National Internal VP. The National Representative must share current events and news about the Illinois chapter during these meetings as well as report any important National level information to the Illinois executive board. The National Representative is also responsible for coordinating the National Conference. This includes setting up lodging, food, events, and professors that other NOBE members would be interested in. New responsibilities of the National Representative includes organizing NOBE families to encourage executive board members to bond with active members.
The National Committee brings together students with interests in both business and engineering to corporate and academic institutions that promote the integration of these fields into one practice. Joining the National Committee will allow you to interact with the other chapters of NOBE throughout the country.
The NOBE Information Technology committee is a great way to get involved in NOBE and gain practical technical experience. The committee maintains both the NOBE website and the NOBE Stock Game, using a wide range of technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, and MySQL. No previous experience is necessary, and newcomers are always welcome.

The Junior Board
Junior officers provide an opportunity for those wishing to have added responsibility and leadership experience within NOBE. Applications for the junior board are generally available at the beginging of each semester and only one or two members from each committee are made junior officer. Junior officers take on added responsibility in performing the tasks of their respective committees. Below, we recognize those junior officers currently serving on the junior board.
