Tom Murray
The NOBE Corporate Committee is a great way for students to interact one-on-one with many of the companies that come to NOBE events. It is responsible for creating new relations with various corporations as well as continuing existing ones with the hopes of providing members with a diverse array of companies and events to choose from. Not only is the committee responsible for arranging speakers for sponsors of the month, it also arranges many corporate lunches as well as helps in special projects. Committee members are able to establish contacts with companies of their own choice and forge new relationships. These contacts become valuable resources for NOBE, and will help members become more confident in talking to recruiters and develop relationships that can help in your own job search. This semester we hope to bring several new companies to NOBE meetings as well as arrange more corporate lunches and special projects.
